Each stick is 7g — about double the volume of typical 3.5g competitor sticks. That gives you flexibility:

- One large serving: Mix the full stick into 16–20 oz (500–750 ml) of water.
- Two standard servings: Split one stick across two smaller bottles (8–10 oz / 250–375 ml each).

A full 10-stick bag can deliver up to 20 standard servings or 10 large servings — roughly 2× the servings per bag compared to typical 3.5g stick packs at the same stick count.

Each bag is $24.99 CAD and includes 10 × 7g stick packs. Subscriptions are $22.99 CAD per bag per month or $65.97 CAD per bag every 3 months (~$21.99/bag/mo when billed quarterly). Because each stick is about double typical 3.5g competitor packs, you get up to 20 standard servings (or 10 large servings) per bag — split sticks across smaller bottles or pour one full stick into a large bottle.
