Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for refund or cancellation.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or redirected shipments.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. We will assist customers in locating delayed shipments when possible.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Customs fees
- Regulatory compliance in their destination country
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.
