Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Subscriptions may renew monthly or every 3 months, depending on the plan selected.

The renewal charge will be the then-current subscription price unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions may be cancelled through your customer account or by contacting support. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date.

If payment cannot be processed, we may retry payment, suspend deliveries, or cancel the subscription.

Introductory pricing may expire at the end of the promotional period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, product offerings, shipment quantities, promotional benefits, or subscription features. Any material changes will be communicated prior to taking effect.

Subscription products are subject to inventory availability. We reserve the right to substitute packaging, delay shipments, adjust fulfilment schedules, or suspend subscriptions due to inventory shortages, supply chain issues, manufacturing delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
