We stand behind our products and want customers to have a positive experience.
Consumable Product Policy
Due to health, safety, and quality-control requirements, opened consumable products cannot be returned.
Product Satisfaction
Taste preferences, flavour preferences, sweetness preferences, texture preferences, and personal expectations are subjective.
Because consumable products are personal in nature, dissatisfaction with flavour or taste alone does not automatically qualify a product for refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Eligible Returns
We may accept returns for:
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Shipping errors caused by us
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
To request assistance, email support@justaddphlow.com and include:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Photographs when applicable
Refund Approval
Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method, as store credit, or as a replacement shipment — at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not provide refunds for:
- Opened consumable products
- Products consumed in whole or part
- Customer preference changes
- Improper storage after delivery
except where required by applicable law.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback whenever reasonably possible.
