If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to first seek mediation before commencing litigation, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Where permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, claims shall be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting.
